Tamannaah Bhatia refutes rumours about her song in Anil Ravipudi’s film

South Indian actress Tamannaah Bhatia, who has worked in several films written and directed by Anil Ravipudi, slammed reports claiming that she agreed to perform a dance sequence in the filmmaker’s upcoming project. Tamannaah took to Twitter to express her disappointment with the “baseless news articles” about her and a track in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 108th movie.

“I have always enjoyed working with Anil Ravipudi, sir. I have huge respect for both him and Nandamuri Balakrishna, sir. So, reading these baseless news articles about me and a song in their new film is very upsetting. Please do your research before you make baseless allegations,” she wrote in the tweet.

Here are a few important details about the incident:

Reports about Tamannaah’s equation with Anil Ravipudi have surfaced earlier as well. But the director had called the fallout between them just a “minor misunderstanding” in an interview with ABN Telugu.

The actress has worked in Ravipudi’s films such as F2: Fun And Frustration, Aagadu and Sarileru Neekevvaru.

Tamannaah’s statement comes after a few reports claimed that she quoted a huge fee to do an item song in the action movie.

This isn’t the first time that rumour mills have churned out seemingly baseless news stories about actors and their involvement in upcoming film projects.

Tamannaah is presently preparing for films such as Bole Chudiyan, Bhola Shankar and Jailer. She will also be seen in Arun Gopy’s Bandra.

In conclusion, while celebrities are no strangers to the rumour mill, it’s always important to do proper research before publishing unverified news articles.
