Akshay Kumar Spotted Shooting at IIT Roorkee for Upcoming Movie

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar was recently spotted shooting at IIT Roorkee for his upcoming, yet-to-be-announced film. In the photos and video that have gone viral, the actor can be seen dressed in a formal look, waving to crowds that had gathered to see him. This isn’t the first time that Akshay Kumar has been spotted shooting for multiple films in a year.

Ananya Panday Also Spotted with the Khiladi

Along with Akshay Kumar, Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was also spotted shooting for this film at IIT Roorkee. She looked stunning in a saree and was seen shooting alongside the Khiladi superstar. The buzz is that this film could be titled ‘Shankara’ although no official announcement has been made yet.

Akshay Kumar’s Busy Schedule

Known for his busy filming schedule, Akshay Kumar usually shoots for 4-5 films in a year. Besides this film, he’s currently shooting for ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ with Tiger Shroff. Recently, he was also spotted visiting Kedarnath temple where he was mobbed by his fans. The superstar will soon be seen in ‘OMG Oh My GOD 2’ with Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi.

Ananya Panday’s Upcoming Films

Ananya Panday has a few films in her pipeline as well. After ‘Liger’, she’ll be seen in ‘Dream Girl 2’. In the untitled film she’s shooting with Akshay Kumar, she’s reportedly playing the role of a feisty junior lawyer.

Though not much is known about the film Akshay Kumar was shooting for at IIT Roorkee, speculation suggests that it’s based on the life of lawyer-activist C Sankaran Nair. The film is reportedly produced by Karan Johar. Fans eagerly await the official announcement of this exciting project.
