Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya fly back home from Cannes

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who made her 21st appearance at the Cannes Film Festival this year, returned to Mumbai with her daughter Aaradhya on Saturday. The mother-daughter duo was spotted at the airport, where Aishwarya looked stylish in a printed top and black pants, paired with a Dolce & Gabbana tote. Aaradhya, too, was dressed in a cute outfit and looked happy as ever.

The Cannes Looks

Despite making only one appearance on the red carpet this year, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made quite the impact with her silver gown, which featured a giant black bow and an even bigger silver hood and train to go with it. Meanwhile, off the red carpet, she turned heads in an emerald green Valentino outfit.

Aishwarya’s Experience at Cannes with Aaradhya

In an interview with Film Companion’s Anupama Chopra, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was asked about her daughter’s experience at Cannes. While she couldn’t answer for Aaradhya, Aishwarya did say that the film festival is familiar and comfortable for her daughter. Aishwarya revealed that Aaradhya loves being around people and the fun vibe at Cannes, apart from understanding that it is a film festival.

All in all, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan ended her Cannes 2023 journey on a high note and made sure to spend quality time with her daughter amidst it all.
